The Christmas Yoga class is now fully booked, but I'll be running by-donation yoga classes at the same day and time in January, you can book yourself on for free by following this link www.lovethejourneyyoga.com/service-page/community-yoga. Come and celebrate Christmas with a free, fun, flowing yoga class. The class will be suitable for all abilities, even if you've never tried yoga before come along and give it a go. Completely free, just come and move and smile as we flow together and celebrate Christmas. Please bring your own mat.
