Service Description

From the comfort of your own home, slow your mind as you tune out of the external world and tune into your body and join me for a flowing vinyasa yoga class, connecting movement with breath, we will also begin and end each class with a short meditation. This class is suitable for all abilities. A recording will be sent out each week on a Monday morning to allow you to practice at home, the recording will be available for one week. When Recording are sent each Monday at 8am Location From the comfort of your own home - recordings are sent via email and are accessible for one week. Cost Classes are charged at £7 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass. Class pass packs include: £30 for a 5 class pass (valid for 4 months) £50 for a 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Monthly subscription (cancel anytime) - £20 per month Please send me a message to lovethejourneyyoga@outlook.com if you have any questions.
