Service Description

A relaxed and friendly parent and baby yoga class for all abilities followed with refreshments and the chance to unwind, chat and meet other local parents in Shoreham-by-Sea. Sessions are tailored to individuals attending and include: Postnatal yoga* including gentle stretching and restoring the core & strengthening the pelvic floor. Baby yoga including fun movement and stretches for both you and baby to support development. Relaxation & breathing techniques giving you the chance to recharge and techniques to use at home. Refreshments and social time giving you the opportunity to relax and chat to other parents. (The best time for postnatal yoga is six weeks post vaginal birth & 10-12 weeks post cesarean birth - you can continue for as long as you and your baby/toddler are enjoying the class) *The yoga carried out in these sessions is aimed at postnatal recovery, however everyone is very welcome to attend with your baby or the baby you are caring for.
