Service Description

Antenatal Yoga class including postures & breathing techniques to help during birth & labour, pelvic floor exercises and meditation. Do what feels right for you and go at your own pace. No previous yoga experience is needed. Options to choose between small group classes of up to four people or 1:1 yoga sessions. Some of the benefits of Pregnancy Yoga include: Easing aches & pains Improved sleep Helps to alleviate common pregnancy conditions Helps to decrease stress and anxiety Increase the strength, flexibility & endurance of muscles for birth & labour. Suitable after 13 weeks of pregnancy. Small group classes take place in-person in a studio in Shoreham-By-Sea £60 for a six week block of classes. 1:1 sessions take place in-person in a studio in Shoreham-by-Sea or at your own choice of location, starting at £40 per class or £175 for a block of five classes.
