I offer personalised yoga videos tailored specifically to your wants and needs and 1:1 or group private yoga classes. Yoga videos Your personalise practice can be on anything that you want and can last up to 30 minutes. This video will be saved on Vimeo and I’ll send you a link with the password so you can access it whenever you like and you can also download it to your own computer and phone to keep forever. The cost is £60 for a video of up to 30 minutes in length. If a longer video is required please contact me to ask for the price. Private in-person sessions A 1:1 or group yoga class that is just for you and tailored exactly for what you're looking for. Classes can be taken one on one or as a group. Location of your choice...
