This is your opportunity to reset and unwind, taking some time away from in all on a three-night yoga retreat with Love the Journey Yoga at The Palms Spain Retreat, a beautiful private villa in Spain from the 1st - 4th July 2023. The Palms is ideally located in a peaceful country location, with mountain views, but only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and from the beautiful beaches of Costa-Del-Sol.   Step-away from the hustle of every day life and step into an oasis of calm. This will be your opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga, peace and tranquility whilst being completely catered and cared for, enjoying delicious and nutritious food and spending your days relaxing and recharging - this retreat is for you to do exactly as you wish, in beautiful surroundings, with like-minded people. What can I expect? ​Six yoga classes with Lucy from Love the Journey Yoga, taking place in the outdoor yoga platform with mountain views. These include: Flowing vinyasa / hatha Yin yoga Yoga nidra All classes are suitable for all abilities Delicious vegan / vegetarian meals daily - including a hearty brunch and decadent three-course evening meal every day. Fresh morning juice, unlimited water, tea and coffee. Afternoon snacks and fruit. Heated salt water swimming pool with inbuilt seating area where you can enjoy a drink whilst cooling down. Jacuzzi in the tropical gardens. Lush private gardens to stroll through and relax in. Hammocks and meditation platform with mountain views. Beautiful en-suite accommodation with direct access to the pool or gardens. Olive Bar; honesty bar for alcoholic and soft drinks and snacks and comfortable lounge areas where you can relax after dinner.
