This will be your opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga, peace and tranquility whilst being completely catered and cared for, enjoying delicious and nutritious food and spending your days relaxing and recharging - this retreat is for you to do exactly as you wish, in beautiful surroundings, with like-minded people. Our amazing retreat will take place at The Palms Spain, a beautiful private villa which is ideally located in a peaceful country location, with mountain views, but only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and from the beautiful beaches of Costa-Del-Sol.   What can I expect? Twice daily yoga classes taking place in the outdoor yoga platform with mountain views. Classes include vinyasa, hatha, yin and yoga nidra. Guided walks around the local area including sunrise walk and sunset walks Delicious vegan / vegetarian meals daily - including a hearty brunch and decadent three-course evening meal every day. Fresh morning juice, unlimited water, tea and coffee. Afternoon snacks and fruit. Fire ceremony Heated salt water swimming pool with inbuilt seating area where you can enjoy a drink whilst cooling down. Lush private gardens to stroll through and relax in. Hammocks and meditation platform with mountain views. Beautiful en-suite accommodation. Olive Bar; honesty bar for alcoholic and soft drinks and snacks and lounge area where you can relax.
