Social Yoga - bringing the community together. A relaxed and friendly flowing yoga class for all abilities followed with refreshments and the chance to relax, chat and meet other local people in Shoreham-By-Sea. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners and people working with injuries and limited mobility and anyone looking for a gentle flow yoga class combining movement with breath work. Wednesday at 9.15am - 10.30am at St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. Classes are charged at £11 per session, which includes refreshments. If you would like to join the next seven-week block of classes it will begin on the 8th March and is price at £70 for seven-week block.
