Sussex Escape: A Coastal Yoga Retreat is a nourishing two-night getaway designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect — with yourself and with nature. Set in beautiful Seaford, Sussex, just a short walk from the beach, this escape offers the perfect balance of movement, rest, and gentle exploration. You’ll stay in twin or solo accommodation at at the beautiful Florence House, set in vast private gardens and just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of space to unwind. ​ Across the weekend, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully curated yoga sessions, including flowing yoga to energise the body, yin yoga to soften and restore, deeply restful yoga nidra for complete nervous system reset and an intention setting ceremony to guide you home with purpose and clarity. A guided cliff-top walk along the iconic Sussex coastline invites you to reconnect with nature and take in expansive sea views. Plus plenty of free time to relax, swim, walk and general R&R. ​ All meals are included — three delicious vegetarian meals a day, lovingly prepared to support your practice and leave you feeling nourished, satisfied, and cared for. ​ No experience necessary — just come as you are.
