Service Description

Come and join me for a flowing yoga class surrounded by candles. Tune into what you need this autumn and winter, as you connect movement with breath and work on stretching and strengthening the whole body and calming the mind. Class is suitable for all abilities. Tuesdays 17.00 - 17.45 or 18.00 - 18.45 St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. Classes are charged at £9 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass. Class pass packs include £40 for a 5 class pass (valid for 4 months) £70 for a 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Please don't let the cost put you off attending, if you can't afford to pay for your class please let me know as I offer concessions / free places to those in need.
