Service Description

Come and join me for a flowing yoga class surrounded by candles. Tune into what you need this autumn and winter, as you connect movement with breath and work on stretching and strengthening the whole body and calming the mind. Class is suitable for all abilities. Tuesdays 17.00 - 17.45 or 18.00 - 18.45 St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. Classes are charged at £8 per session pay as you go.
