Service Description

A relaxed, fun and friendly flowing yoga class combining movement, meditation and breathwork. Class is suitable for all abilities. When and where Monday - 9.30 - 10.15 - The Shoreham Centre - Room 2 Tuesday - 9.30 - 10.15 - The Shoreham Centre - Room 3 Tuesday - 17.00 - 17.45 - St Giles Church Hall Tuesday - 18.00 - 18.45 - St Giles Church Hall Friday 9.30 - 10.15 - Church of the Good Shepherd - Shoreham beach Classes are charged at £9 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass. Class pass packs include £40 for a 5 class pass (valid for 4 months) £75 for a 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Please don't let the cost put you off attending, if you can't afford to pay for your class please let me know as I offer concessions / free places to those in need. Classes start promptly, the doors will open 10 minutes before to allow you to get settled before the start of the class, please try not to arrive early or late.
