Service Description

Flowing yoga for all abilities. Welcome springtime as we balance the mind and the body in this Hatha / Vinyasa style yoga class. Tune into what you need, as you connect movement with breath and work on stretching the whole body and calming the mind. Tuesdays, 17.00 - 17.45 or 18.00-18.45 at St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. This seven-week course runs from the 19th April 2022 - 7th June 2022. Please note there is no class on the 10th May. If you would like to join the March/ early April course please email lovethejourneyyoga@outlook.com After the start of the course there may be space available to join for the remaining weeks of the course or to pay as you go.
