Flowing yoga class for all abilities. Balance the mind and the body in this Hatha / Vinyasa style yoga class. Tune into what you need, as you connect movement with breath and work on stretching the whole body and calming the mind. Tuesdays 17.00 - 17.45 18.00 - 18.45 St Giles Church Hall, 284 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 6BF. This seven-week course runs from the 25th April - 6th June 2023. Investment: £49 for seven-week course Please don't worry if there is a week you are unable to attend, just let me know when booking and I will adjust the price of the course accordingly.
