Service Description

A relaxed, fun and friendly flowing yoga class combining movement, meditation and breathwork. When and Where Tuesday - 9.30 - 10.15 - The Shoreham Centre - Room 3 Friday 9.30 - 10.15 - The Truleigh Centre Classes are charged at £9 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass. Class pass packs include: £40 for a 5 class pass (valid for 4 months) £70 for a 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Please don't let the cost put you off attending, if you can't afford to pay for your class please let me know as I offer concessions / free places to those in need.
