A relaxed, fun and friendly flowing yoga class combining movement, meditation and breathwork. When Mondays 9.30 - 10.15 Wednesdays 12.00 - 12.45 Fridays 9.30 - 10.15 Where The Compass, Emerald Quay, Shoreham-By-Sea, BN43 5JP This is a donation based class, where you are invited to pay what you can, everyone is welcome.
