A relaxed, fun and friendly flowing yoga class combining movement, meditation and breathwork. When and Where Mondays - 9.30 - 10.15 - The Shoreham Centre - Room 2 - beginning June 1st Tuesday - 9.30 - 10.15 - The Shoreham Centre - Room 3 Friday 9.30 - 10.15 - see below for location 1st May - Truleigh Centre 8th May - Outdoor Yoga - Buckingham Park 15th May - no class 22nd May onwards - Church of the Good Shepherd - Shoreham beach Classes are charged at £9 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass. Class pass packs include: £40 for a 5 class pass (valid for 4 months) £75 for a 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Please don't let the cost put you off attending, if you can't afford to pay for your class please let me know as I offer concessions / free places to those in need. Classes start promptly at 9.30am, the doors will open at 9.20am to allow you to get settled before the start of the class, please do not arrive before this time.
