Service Description

From the comfort of your own home, slow your mind as you tune out of the external world and tune into your body and join me for a flowing vinyasa yoga class, connecting movement with breath, we will also begin and end each class with meditation. This class is suitable for all abilities. There will be a live session each week and then a recording will be sent out for you to continue to practice at home, the recording will be available for one week, don't worry if you can't make the live session, simply sign up and a recording will be sent out to you following the class. When Mondays 9.30 - 10.15 Please note the classes on the 16 and 23 February will not be live, you will receive a pre-recorded class via email. Location From the comfort of your own home via Zoom (recordings, sent via email, are accessible for one week). Cost Classes are charged at £9 per session pay as you go, or you can use a class pass.
