I had my first yoga class with Lucy today. What a fantastic experience. I was greeted with a warm welcome, made to feel incredibly welcome, the people and atmosphere was great. The class was very informative, and I felt amazing after the class. I can not recommend highly enough.
I started to run regularly at the beginning of lockdown which led to some circuit training and mountain biking. I stumbled across Lucy's advert for classes and I have to say yoga brings a totally new dimension to my training. Her classes are incredibly calm and relaxing (the polar opposite of what I'm used to!) with lovely personalised touches like ending with a poem.
And although not obviously strenuous at the time, you know you've completed a workout over the following days! Thoroughly recommend these classes to compliment training and earn some well deserved 'me' time!
I cannot recommend Lucy’s yoga classes highly enough. With a long term condition, I’ve never been able to find a class that worked for me until now. Lucy has not only modified classes to help me, she’s also made me feel welcome and a valued member of the class. She’s friendly and cheerful without being overwhelming. Her instructions are clear and content thoughtful. I love everything about her yoga classes and look forward to them each week. Thank you Lucy. 💖
